If you’ve been following me for a while, you know how much I Love working out. It’s part of my daily routine, and I build my daily schedule around starting with some kind of exercise.

Last summer when I was staying at our house in San Diego I started going to a new studio, and became fast friends with my podcast guest today.

He’s a fellow beach dweller and pilates fanatic, and he’s also a brilliant marketing strategist.

As we started sharing with each other what we do for work he began asking me all kind of questions about the strategy and the routine for marketing my business.

And I found that i couldn’t answer a lot of his questions.

So I hired him to help me answer them, and my whole brand has been on such a journey over the past few months that I just had to share with you.
