The first time I heard you could take Frankincense internally, I was like "SAY WHAT"?

Frankincense is a rock star essential oil and can support you throughout your day in regards to fatigue, nervous system, sharper mental clarity, immune support, meditation. It offers so much serious overall health support.
But, if under the tongue isn't your thang! you can also add frankincense to a veggie cap with some of your other favorite internal essential oils - digestzen, copaiba, peppermint etc.
Bottom line, Frankincense should be apart of your daily routine. Internally, externally... just find ways to add this "essential" into your life.
