Did you know peppermint is a great oil for digestion support?

I realize we are all probably still recovering from our "feast" yesterday; mashed potatoes, cranberries, turkey and more. If you're still questioning that second helping of pumpkin pie put 1 drop peppermint in your palm with 5 drops carrier oil and rub. Your tummy can thank me later.
