Strawberry Lemonade

I have kids and kids love juice (and sweet things). You cannot gauge how much real sugar (it's usually WAY too much) is in store bought stuff so I encourage my girls to make their own drinks. Taking part in preparing their own meals or beverages allows them to have a relationship with what they choose. It also allows them to learn how fruits and veggies become smoothies or juices. I love watching their faces and the sense of pride they own as they make their own drinks. Though I am the Juicing Queen, my girls absolutely love this one after school.

XO, Hayley   I use essential oils because of the their therapeutic properties. Did you know they are 50-70 times more potent and thus effective than the actual fruit or herb?
